Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Fixon provides a flexible cancellation policy for all bookings.

  • Free cancellation if cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled slot.
  • If cancelled within 2 hours of the slot, a cancellation fee of ₹50 may be charged to compensate the partner.
  • If the partner has already arrived at your location, a fee of ₹100 will be applicable.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If the assigned partner does not show up or cancels the booking, you will receive a full refund of any advance paid.
  • Payment Error: If an amount was deducted twice or erroneously, the extra amount will be refunded automatically.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the service, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours. Our quality team will investigate, and if the claim is valid, a partial or full refund will be issued.

3. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated instantly from our end. The amount will reflect in your original payment source (Bank/UPI/Card) within:

  • UPI: Instant to 24 hours.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days.
  • Fixon Wallet: Instantly.

4. Service Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs. If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days, we will fix it for free. In such cases, no refund will be issued, but a rework will be provided.
