Welcome to Fixon ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at fixon.in and our mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Services Provided

Fixon is a platform that connects users seeking home services ("Customers") with independent service professionals ("Partners"). Fixon facilitates the booking and payment but is not the direct provider of the service. The Partners are independent contractors and not employees of Fixon.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.

4. Booking & Payments

4.1 Pricing: All prices listed on the platform are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work determined by the Partner upon inspection.

4.2 Payment: You agree to pay for the services booked through Fixon using the available payment methods (UPI, Card, Cash). Fixon acts as a limited collection agent for the Partner.

4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a convenience fee.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or violating any local laws.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person, including our Partners.
• Attempting to bypass the platform to pay Partners directly to avoid commissions.
• Interfering with or disrupting the servers or networks connected to the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fixon, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
